Repairs

Pool Equipment - Dealers

For equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators and similar products, please complete the warranty form with all required information.

Once received, our team will review your submission and advise the next steps.


On-site Warranty

 

Labour is covered for one year when onsite repair is required.

 

*Submitting the Booking Form is the first step for all HQ and warranty inquiries.


Dolphin Owners

Please contact your local repair agent or original dealer for all repairs. They’ll assess your unit and advise next steps. If your Dolphin is under warranty, you may also send it directly to our HQ using the form below

Products must be returned to one of our warranty service agents or our service centre for assessment, repair, or replacement as required.
