If you’re having issues with a product that was supplied through us, we’re here to help!

Here's how our repairs process works:

Items must be dropped off or sent to:

Please include a list of what components you are sending;
Cleaner, Power supply etc.. (no caddy's required)
Things to note:
  • If your product is under warranty, you will receive confirmation once it has been repaired or if there are any delays due to availability of parts.
  • If your product is not under warranty, you will receive a quote for repair. We will begin once we receive confirmation to proceed.
  • Repairs are carried out on a first-come first-served basis where possible.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for repairs during the summer months.
  • Please see the table below for an indication of warranty periods on each product.
