Cleaning stand for Hayward TurboCell salt chlorinator cells. Holds the cell upright with the electrode end immersed in dilute acid solution during scale removal. Use when scale build-up is reducing chlorine output. Compatible with T-Cell 3, T-Cell 9 and T-Cell 15 TurboCells.
