About Dolphin Pacific
Dolphin Pacific was started by me, Adrian, in 2011.
From humble beginnings, a couple of storage units, a single product range and a workshop in the garage at home (and possibly a partridge in a pear tree). Fast forward 10 years later the business has grown to 7 employees, a warehouse in Avondale and contract warehousing providers in Auckland and Christchurch.
He’s never looked back.

Meet the Team
Adrian Hill
The founder of Dolphin Pacific, Adrian’s background is in construction. The Dolphin brand came first, followed by Focus, Ozone Swim and Hayward.
Although he’s boss, Adrian will muck in with his small team and do whatever needs to be done. He enjoys the customer interaction side of the job and would always rather be out talking to people than behind a desk.
Adrian has three adult boys (so he can handle most things), plus one very supportive wife. He has a penchant for fast things and has been known to brew his own beer.
For Adrian, no pool owner should be without: a robotic pool cleaner.
Douglas Goddard
Originally from South Africa, Doug is Dolphin Pacific’s sales representative who works across the board in trade, product support, digital marketing and management.
With over 15 years’ experience, Doug’s covered almost all of the swimming pool trade sectors as service technician, area sales manager, and sales and marketing manager.
Doug is a humble and ordinary individual that loves spending time with his 2 small boys and wife and also likes BBQ’s, fires and beer.
For Doug, no pool owner should be without: a pool automation system.
Jo Sullivan
With over 8 years’ experience under her belt in the industry, Jo is the go-to contact for most things at Dolphin Pacific.
She has been both retailer and supplier, as well as a sales manager, so brings to the team a wealth of skills and expertise.
A loving mother to four children, Jo brings a warmth to her job that makes her a hit with everyone from the DP team to suppliers and customers alike.
For Jo, no pool owner should be without: a salt chlorinator.
