If there isn’t a repair agent in your local area, we can repair your Dolphin at our Auckland Head Office. Please see below for more details and to book your repair.

Here's how our repairs process works:

  1.  Enter your details into the form below.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with your case number and details.
  3. For Dolphins: Deliver or drop your product into our head office (address below).
  4. For other products, sit tight and we will be in touch to make further arrangements.
  5. For Dolphins: We’ll let you know when we have received the item and provide an indication of the timeframe for assessment or repair.
  6. Once the Dolphin repairs have been completed, we can either courier the fixed item back to you or you’re welcome to pick it up during business hours.

Things to note:

  • If your product is under warranty, you will receive confirmation once it has been repaired or if there are any delays due to availability of parts.
  • If your product is not under warranty, you will receive a quote for repair. We will begin once we receive confirmation to proceed.
  • For repairs requiring outcalls, charges may apply for products under warranty where the issue is found to not be related to a fault of the product, such as incorrect installation.
  • Repairs are carried out on a first-come first-served basis where possible.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for Dolphin repairs during the summer months.
  • Please see the table below for an indication of warranty periods on each Dolphin.
